Ghana-based technology leader, e.Services Africa Limited, is breaking new ground in delivering customer care services with the October 30, 2007 launch of its new business process outsourcing division.

The company’s first contact center, based in Accra, currently delivers customer care for Millicom Ghana (tiGO), the nation’s second largest mobile telecommunications provider which serves a customer base of over 1 million subscribers.

The Accra facility was designed with service excellence in mind. The center delivers best practices in customer experience management and comprehensive skills training on a best-of-breed technology platform. The result is that clients can immediately realize the highest quality of service in a highly cost-efficient manner.

Analysts at A.T. Kearney share that belief. Earlier this year, the company chose Ghana among its Top 50 outsourcing worldwide destinations based on people, process and overall attributes. “Ghana has the right mix of human capital and process discipline to become a truly global player,” said Hayford. “We see opportunities for delivering differentiated customer care in this market and beyond.”
