Kojo Afedzi Hayford
Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Kojo is a thought leader in developing high performance teams to deliver superior services to clients. Kojo founded e.Services in 2002 and has presided over its growth from a pure play systems integrator with specific expertise in multichannel and IP-based contact centre and other BPO technology platforms, to becoming the foremost contact centre outsourcing company in West Africa.

Prior to the founding of e.Services, he has been a founding member of a string of IT startups, foremost of them being Tara Systems Ghana Limited in 1989, which grew to become the leading Systems Integration and ERP Solution provider in West Africa. Tara systems had clients spanning the financial services, government and the telecommunications verticals. This was followed by the founding of United Communications Systems International, which built the first high terrestrial fibre optic data communications network infrastructure for the West African market in a joint venture with Nortel.

Kojo maintains that the quality of human resources determines the competitiveness of e.Services Africa Ltd. “A well-equipped and skilled staff is just as important to e.Services as the brand name. A wealth of talents and sound management ensures greater competitiveness and performance.”

Kojo holds a BS in International Business, and an MBA in Finance/MIS, from California State University, Sacramento.


Daniel Barima Bassaw
Chief Technical Officer

Daniel, our principal technical engineer with years of technical know-how, joined e.Services as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. He rose through the ranks to be Project Manager on key enterprise telephony solutions built for clients in the Telecom and Financial Sectors.

As the technical lead Daniel strives to ensure that the solutions provided to clients create long-lasting relationships. Creating customer loyalty by offering assurances on e.Services' solutions and services built around the business process of the client is significant to Daniel and his team of technical engineers.

According to Daniel: “We don't just provide ICT infrastructure, but solutions that enable organizations of all sizes to transform the way they compete and create value for their products. After all, it is fruitful and more fun to do business with clients you know. The more information you have about your clients' specific technical needs makes it easier to anticipate and fulfill their business requirements. Our business relationships with existing clients are significant to our growth.”

Daniel holds a degree in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Ghana and an array of top management ICT professional certifications.


Hayford Dorvlo
Contact Centre Manager

Hayford prior to his current position as the Contact Centre Manager has held other positions in e.Services namely Supervisor, Quality Assurance Executive and Training and Development Manager.

He joined the company in 2008 as a Customer Service Executive and within four years has risen to become Contact Centre Manager a position he has held since November 2010. Hayford believes customer service is not a department but an attitude. To him, the customer deserves the best customer experience as a right and not a privilege.

He is passionate about value creation through human resource development. This passion has been translated into a well trained workforce that is equipped to deliver excellent customer service experience that is top notch leaving our competitors trailing. He leads a team of highly motivated staff who work together in teams to exceed customers expectations daily.

He says “the creation and delivery of well-designed, highly personalized customer communications solutions and relationship management tools ensure customer retention; just what clients need. In order to remain relevant and competitive, we have to stay committed to consistently change the way we work for our customers, and this must apply to all aspects of our business, people, process and technology.”

Hayford is a social entrepreneur who has been at the forefront of the campaign for IMPACT SOURCING, a new field of outsourcing that seeks to empower people at the bottom of the economic pyramid so as to transform their lives.

Hayford is a graduate of the University of Ghana and holds an Honorary Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Resource Development. He holds a host of industry certificates in Impact sourcing, project management, Training & Personnel Development and Microsoft Office Suites.
